Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • pinch of salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or nonstick spray

  • Instructions

    1. Whisk eggs and cottage cheese together until smooth.
