Description

A warm, cheesy spinach and artichoke dip baked and served in a homemade sourdough bread bowl, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 sourdough bread bowls

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

    3. Stir in garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, artichokes, and spinach; season with salt and pepper.

    4. Spoon dip into baking dish or directly into hollowed sourdough bowls.

    5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.

    6. Serve warm with torn bread pieces from the bowl.
