Description

Ingredients

  • 2 thick slices of Trader Joes Sourdough, toasted
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • fresh parsley or basil
  • optional sesame seeds or toasted pine nuts

  • Instructions

    1. Toast the sourdough slices until crisp and golden.

    2. Spread hummus evenly over each slice.

    3. Arrange cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and olives on top of the hummus.

    4. Sprinkle feta cheese over the vegetables.
