It all started with Olivia Wells, a lifelong baking enthusiast who fell head over heels for the magic of wild fermentation. Captivated by the rhythm of sourdough baking and the tang of crusty loaves, Olivia launched SourdoughLovers from her cozy kitchen in Wales.

She wanted to build a space where bakers—beginners and pros alike—could learn, grow, and bake better bread without intimidation or guesswork.
