  • 12 corn tortillas (6-inch)
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 3 tablespoons salsa or mild hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • olive oil or cooking spray

  • Instructions

    1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.

    2. Warm corn tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20 seconds to prevent cracking.

    3. Place two tablespoons of the chicken mixture on one edge of each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on a tray.

    4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 4 minutes.
