Description

Ingredients

  • smoked brisket, sliced
  • baby back ribs, individual portions
  • grilled sausage links
  • spiced chicken wings
  • barbecue sauce
  • honey mustard sauce
  • smoky chipotle sauce
  • creamy coleslaw
  • assorted pickles
  • roasted corn on the cob sections
  • marinated bell peppers
  • sourdough loaf
  • olive oil
  • sea salt
  • fresh parsley
  • lemon wedges

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat grill or smoker to appropriate temperatures for brisket and other meats.

    2. Season brisket, ribs, sausage, and wings with rubs or marinades and grill, brushing wings and ribs with sauce during the last few minutes.

    3. Remove meats and let rest for 15 minutes, then slice brisket into strips and cut ribs into portions.

    4. Slice sourdough into thin rounds, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt, and bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes until crisp.

    5. Arrange sliced brisket, ribs, sausage coils, and wings on a large wooden board, alternating colors and textures.

    6. Place small bowls of barbecue, honey mustard, and chipotle sauces around the board.

    7. Fill ramekins with coleslaw and scatter pickles, marinated peppers, and corn sections between meats.

    8. Tuck clusters of sourdough crisps along edges and between meats.

    9. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges, and serve with tongs and knives for easy self-serve.
