Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breasts or thighs
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 12 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage
  • 12 pickle slices or cucumber slices
  • Optional: 6 cheese slices
  • Garnish: chopped green onions or cilantro

  • Instructions

    1. Trim and cut chicken into slider-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

    2. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and rest.

    3. In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to taste.

    4. Slice slider buns horizontally, leaving them attached at the base. Spread bang bang sauce on both sides of buns.

    5. Layer chicken, lettuce, pickles, and optional cheese between buns.

    6. For baked sliders, place assembled sliders in a greased baking dish, brush tops with melted butter, and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.

    7. Cut into individual sliders and garnish with green onions or cilantro. Serve warm with extra sauce.
