  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

  • Instructions

    1. In a bowl combine Greek yogurt and protein powder, stirring until smooth.

    2. Wash and pat dry the mixed berries; slice strawberries if using.

    3. Spoon a layer of yogurt mixture into the bottom of four glasses or jars.
