Instructions
1. Pour almond milk into the blender.
2. Add sliced banana and avocado.
3. Add spinach and kale on top of the soft ingredients.
4. Add chia seeds and vegan protein powder.
5. Add ice cubes if desired.
6. Blend on low speed, then increase to high until smooth, about 45–60 seconds.
7. Taste and adjust thickness or sweetness by adding more milk or frozen fruit as needed
8. For a smoothie bowl, reduce milk to 3/4 cup and blend until thick enough to eat with a spoon
9. Serve immediately with optional garnish
