A quick, flavorful stir fry noodle recipe perfect for family dinners and feeding a crowd with crisp vegetables, chewy noodles, and savory sauce.

Instructions
1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain and toss with sesame oil.
2. Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger and brown sugar to make the sauce.
3. Slice vegetables uniformly and season protein with salt and pepper.
4. Heat a wok over high heat and add oil.
5. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
6. Add protein and stir fry until just cooked, then remove and set aside.
7. Add firmer vegetables first, stir fry 2–3 minutes, then add softer vegetables.
8. Return protein and noodles to the wok, pour in sauce and toss quickly to coat.
9. Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, cilantro, peanuts and lime wedges.
