  • 4 cups vegetable broth

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 cups cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions

    1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

    2. Add onion and garlic and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
