1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, grated onion, minced garlic, egg, parsley, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
3. Dampen hands and roll mixture into 1 to 1½-inch meatballs, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake meatballs for 18–22 minutes, turning once halfway, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
5. Alternatively, heat 1 tsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sear meatballs 2–3 minutes per side, then add broth or sauce, cover, and simmer 8–10 minutes until cooked through.
6. Let meatballs rest 5 minutes before serving to lock in juices.
