1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners or grease it.
2. In a large bowl whisk together the flour sugar baking powder baking soda and salt.
3. In another bowl beat the eggs then add yogurt melted butter and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
5. Toss blueberries in a teaspoon of flour then fold into the batter.
6. In a small bowl combine flour brown sugar and cinnamon then rub in cold butter until crumbly.
7. Divide the batter into the muffin cups filling each three quarters full and sprinkle the crumble topping evenly.
8. Bake for 20-22 minutes until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
9. Let muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
