Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or 1 tablespoon sourdough starter
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt

    2. Add protein powder, vanilla extract, honey or maple syrup, and salt, mixing until smooth.
