2. In a large bowl mash drained yams until smooth.
3. Stir in melted butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, bourbon, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
4. Spread the sweet potato mixture into a buttered 9×13-inch baking dish.
5. In a medium bowl combine crumbled bacon, pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and sea salt.
