A festive holiday appetizer featuring a braided wreath of golden baked dough filled with creamy brie and tart cranberry sauce. Perfect for Christmas gatherings and shareable snacking.

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Roll dough into a 10×15 inch rectangle and transfer to the prepared sheet.
3. Slice brie and arrange along one long edge of the dough, leaving a one inch border.
4. Spread cranberry sauce over the brie, then roll the dough into a log and seal edges.
5. Form the log into a wreath shape and pinch the ends together.
6. Cut slits every 2 inches around the wreath, cutting two thirds of the way through, and twist each section to reveal filling.
7. Brush melted butter over the wreath and sprinkle with rosemary or thyme.
8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
9. Let cool 5–10 minutes, then brush with additional butter and drizzle honey or sprinkle pecans and salt if desired.
10. Slice and serve warm with sides or dips of choice.
