  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 4 to 6 slices fresh mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
