Description

A cozy, keto-friendly casserole that transforms holiday turkey leftovers into a creamy, cheesy bake with tender broccoli and a golden crust.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked leftover turkey, shredded or cubed
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup crumbled bacon (optional)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

    2. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2–3 minutes, drain, and cool under cold water.

    3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then whisk in cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

    4. Stir in half of the cheddar cheese until melted and sauce is pourable.

    5. Layer broccoli in the prepared dish, then top with turkey pieces.

    6. Pour cheese sauce evenly over turkey and broccoli.

    7. Sprinkle remaining cheddar, Parmesan, and bacon (if using) over the top.

    8. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.

    9. Let rest for 5 minutes to set before slicing.

    10. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
