Ingredients
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Roll out dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick and shape into a Christmas tree triangle with a trunk base.
3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
4. Spread the spinach dip mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
5. Fold or top with a second sheet of dough to encase the filling and seal edges by pressing gently.
6. Cut horizontal strips along each side of the triangle toward the center, leaving 1 inch uncut at the middle.
7. Twist each strip gently to form pull-apart branches on both sides.
8. Brush the entire tree with melted butter and sprinkle with extra Parmesan or herbs.
9. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and filling is bubbly, covering edges with foil if they brown too quickly.
10. Let cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley or red pepper flakes and serve warm.
