This warm and savory dip transforms a sourdough loaf into a showstopping appetizer. A creamy blend of spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan bakes inside a hollowed sourdough boule for an irresistible centerpiece. Perfect for parties, game days, or cozy family gatherings.

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté chopped spinach for 2–3 minutes until wilted; drain excess moisture.
3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, sautéed spinach, salt, and pepper until smooth.
4. Cut and remove the top of the sourdough loaf; scoop out the interior, leaving a 1-inch crust.
5. Brush the inside of the hollowed loaf with olive oil and fill it with the cheese and spinach mixture.
6. Place the filled loaf and reserved bread pieces on the baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes until the dip is bubbly and golden.
7. Let the bread bowl rest for 5 minutes, then serve with toasted bread pieces or vegetable dippers.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley or extra Parmesan if desired.
