  • 1 wheel brie cheese
  • 100g prosciutto slices
  • 100g salami slices
  • 100g aged cheddar, sliced
  • 100g goat cheese
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 6 fresh figs, halved
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 2 cups assorted crackers
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup stuffed olives
  • 4 sprigs rosemary

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake the brie for 10-15 minutes until soft.

    2. Place the baked brie wheel on the center of a large wooden board.

    3. Arrange prosciutto and salami folds around the brie.

    4. Place cheddar slices and goat cheese in separate sections.

    5. Tuck figs, grapes, and pomegranate seeds into gaps.

    6. Add crackers and mixed nuts around the edges.

    7. Fill a small bowl with olives and place on the board.

    8. Drizzle honey over the warm brie and garnish with rosemary sprigs.

    9. Serve with cheese knives, small tongs, and spoons for spreads.
