Instructions
1. Toast bread slices until golden brown.
2. Brush each slice with olive oil while warm.
3. Divide each hummus into small bowls for coloring.
4. Blend roasted beets into hummus for pink hue.
5. Blend spinach into hummus for green hue.
6. Blend roasted red pepper into hummus for orange hue.
7. Spread different hummus colors on each toast in sections.
8. Slice avocado, radish, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
9. Soft boil eggs and halve them.
10. Arrange avocado and cucumber ribbons on toast.
11. Add radish rounds and cherry tomato halves.
12. Place egg halves strategically on color transitions.
13. Sprinkle feta and za’atar evenly over toasts.
14. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
15. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
