2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
3. Combine parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl.
4. Dredge chicken in breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
6. Transfer skillet to oven and bake 10–12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
7. Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
8. Whisk in heavy cream and simmer 3–4 minutes, then stir in parmesan until smooth.
