  • Instructions

    3. In a large bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar until smooth.

    4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.

    5. In a small bowl, use a pastry cutter or fork to combine butter, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon until crumbly.
