A warm, creamy slow-cooked chicken pot pie that brings families together with minimal prep and maximum comfort.

Instructions
1. Lightly coat the inside of the crockpot with nonstick spray or butter.
2. Place cubed chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.
3. Add carrots, celery, and peas on top of the chicken.
4. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper evenly over the ingredients.
5. Pour chicken broth and cream of chicken soup over the mixture and stir gently to combine.
6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
7. About 20 minutes before serving, preheat oven to 400°F and bake the biscuit dough or puff pastry until golden brown.
8. When the crockpot cooking time is complete, stir the filling and spoon into serving bowls.
9. Top each bowl with baked biscuit or pastry pieces.
10. Brush crust pieces with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
