Description

  • 2 (8-ounce) cans refrigerated crescent dough
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
  • optional chopped pecans
  • optional honey drizzle

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    2. Separate crescent dough triangles and arrange them in a circle with points facing outward.

    3. Place a slice of brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce on the wide end of each triangle.

    4. Fold pointed ends over the filling and tuck under the base to form a wreath.

    5. Brush the top of the dough evenly with beaten egg.

    6. Bake for 18–22 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and cheese is melted.

    7. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and drizzle honey or sprinkle pecans if desired before serving.
