2. Stir in chia seeds until evenly distributed
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, stirring once after 10 minutes to prevent clumps
4. Transfer soaked mixture to a blender and blend on high for 30–45 seconds until creamy, adding milk if needed
5. Taste and adjust sweetness or cacao intensity
6. Pour into jars, chill for 30 minutes, then top and serve
