1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, drain and toss with olive oil.
3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
4. Whisk in heavy cream and milk, simmer until slightly thickened.
5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth, season with salt and pepper.
6. In a bowl, combine pasta, chicken, and Alfredo sauce, mix well.
7. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
8. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
9. Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley and serve.
