  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2025 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

    2. Cook jumbo shells in salted boiling water until al dente, drain, and toss with olive oil.

    3. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, ½ cup Alfredo sauce, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

    4. Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture and place seam-side up in the baking dish.

    5. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over the shells and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.

    6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake 5 more minutes until cheese is golden.

    7. Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
