2. Sear chicken breasts in melted butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
3. Remove chicken and sauté garlic in the same skillet for 30 seconds, then add heavy cream and whisk in parmesan until smooth.
4. Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over it, and bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
5. Let rest for a few minutes, garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
