  • 1/2 cup reserved pasta cooking water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice optional

  • Instructions

    1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup of cooking water before draining.

    2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 45 seconds until fragrant.

    3. Stir in pumpkin puree and cook for 2 minutes to warm through.
