Description
These creative Halloween eyeball jello shots are perfect for parties — spooky, playful, and delicious! Made with red gelatin and candy eyeballs, they’re creepy treats that double as party conversation starters.
Ingredients
1 box red Jell-O (3 oz – cherry or strawberry)
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup vodka (optional)
Candy eyeballs or gummy eyeballs
12 plastic shot cups or mini molds
Instructions
1. Boil 1 cup of water and pour it into a mixing bowl with the Jell-O powder. Stir until fully dissolved.
2. Add 1/2 cup cold water and 1/2 cup vodka (or more water for non-alcoholic version).
3. Place a candy eyeball into each plastic shot cup.
4. Pour the red gelatin mixture over each eyeball, filling the cup.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours until set.
6. Serve chilled with spooky decor or dry ice around the tray for effect.
Notes
Use lychee fruit stuffed with blueberries for a more realistic eyeball effect.
For a family-friendly version, omit alcohol and use 1 cup cold water instead.
Add edible glitter or red gel for a bloodshot effect.
