  • 1 lb chicken breast tenderloins, trimmed and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (regular or panko)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • olive oil spray

  • Instructions

    1. Season tenderloins with salt, pepper and paprika.

    2. Set up three shallow bowls with flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumb mixture.

    3. Dredge each tenderloin in flour, shake off excess, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.

    4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F and spray basket with olive oil.

    5. Arrange tenderloins in a single layer without crowding.

    6. Lightly mist tops with olive oil spray.

    7. Air fry at 375°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
