  • Instructions

    1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the unsweetened apple sauce, dairy-free milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract until well combined.

    2. In a separate large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour blend, granulated sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt. Make sure there are no lumps and all ingredients are evenly distributed.

    3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir with a spoon or spatula until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few small lumps are perfectly fine.
