  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 large flour tortillas (810 inch)
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced

  • Instructions

    1. In a bowl combine buttermilk, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for 15–30 minutes in the refrigerator.

    2. In a shallow dish mix breadcrumbs, flour, and grated Parmesan.

    3. Remove chicken from marinade, let excess drip off, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.

    4. For pan-frying: heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

    5. For baking: preheat oven to 400°F. Place breaded chicken on a parchment-lined tray, spray with oil, and bake 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway.

    6. Whisk mayonnaise (or yogurt), Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and Parmesan to make Caesar dressing.
