Golden, crunchy chips made with cottage cheese and vegetarian cheese, baked for a high protein, low carb snack perfect for game day or any time you crave a healthy crunch.

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
2. Drain excess liquid from the cottage cheese using a fine mesh strainer or paper towel.
3. In a bowl, combine drained cottage cheese, shredded vegetarian cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, herbs, and nutritional yeast.
4. Drop tablespoon-sized rounds of the mixture onto the prepared tray, spacing them about 1 inch apart, and flatten slightly with the back of the spoon.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the edges are deep golden brown and crispy.
6. Allow the chips to cool on the tray for 10 minutes to firm up before removing.
7. Optionally mist with olive oil spray and sprinkle extra herbs or sea salt while still warm.
8. Store cooled chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days and reheat briefly to restore crispness.
