Crispy Garlic Parmesan Zucchini Chips Baked to Perfection

Description

Light, crunchy zucchini chips coated in garlic, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs then baked until golden and crispy. A healthy, savory snack or side dish perfect for guilt-free snacking.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    2. Pat zucchini slices dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

    3. In a bowl, toss zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper and half the Parmesan until evenly coated.

    4. Arrange slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet without overlapping.

    5. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan and bread crumbs over the slices for extra crunch.

    6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, then flip each slice and bake an additional 10–13 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

    7. Remove from oven and let cool on the tray for 2–3 minutes to firm up before serving.
