1. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
2. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
3. Whisk egg in a bowl, in another bowl combine flour and cornstarch.
4. Dip chicken in egg, then dredge in flour mixture.
5. Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C).
6. Fry chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, 8-10 minutes per batch.
7. Drain chicken on paper towels.
8. In a clean skillet, combine honey, soy sauce, and garlic and simmer until glossy, about 2-3 minutes.
9. Add fried chicken to the glaze and toss to coat evenly.
10. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
