2. Pat Brussels sprouts dry, trim stems and remove outer leaves, then halve vertically.

4. Add grated Parmesan and optional breadcrumbs, tossing gently to coat.
5. Arrange sprouts cut-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing evenly.
