Cute and Creepy Halloween Eyeball Jello

  • Total Time: 4 hours
  • Yield: 24 eyeballs (shot-size) 1x

Description

Wiggly, wide-eyed Jello treats that are spooky-cute for parties, with easy non-alcoholic and adult (spiked) options.

Ingredients

Scale

2 boxes (3 oz each) flavored gelatin, any color (red/green/purple)

2 cups boiling water

2 cups cold liquid (NA: 2 cups cold water; Adult: 1 cup water + 1 cup vodka/liqueur)

2430 candy eyeballs or 12 lychees + 12 blueberries (for pupils)

Nonstick spray or neutral oil, for molds

Optional: 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk or 1 cup whipped topping (white layer)

Optional toppings: strawberry syrup, gummy worms

Instructions

1. Lightly grease silicone eyeball molds, ice cube trays, or plastic shot cups.

2. Whisk gelatin with boiling water until fully dissolved and clear.

3. Stir in cold liquid (use water for NA; replace 1 cup with vodka/liqueur for adult). Cool 5 minutes.

4. Place a candy eyeball or blueberry-stuffed lychee in each cavity, pupil facing outward.

5. Pour gelatin to fill molds. For a white layer, let first layer partially set 30–45 min, then add condensed milk-mixed layer.

6. Refrigerate until firm, 3–4 hours or overnight.

7. Unmold gently (dip base in warm water if needed). Drizzle strawberry syrup, add whipped topping or gummies, and serve cold.
