1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray.
2. Separate rolls and place each on the baking sheet for shaping.
3. Keep one roll intact for the body and unroll part of another to form a V for ears, attaching ears to the top of the body.
4. Ensure ears are firmly pressed into the base so they stay upright.
5. Bake rolls for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Let rolls cool on a rack for five minutes before decorating.
7. Drizzle icing over each roll while still warm.
8. Press a mini marshmallow onto each roll for the tail and add two chocolate chips for eyes.
9. Optionally tint extra icing with food coloring for nose or ear details and sprinkle shredded coconut for texture.
