Small round cookies or crackers (optional, for base)
Instructions
1. Place a large marshmallow on a toothpick or skewer to serve as the body.
2. Attach two candy eyes to the marshmallow using a tiny dab of icing.
3. Use blue icing to create the Stay Puft hat band around the top.
4. Add a small dot of red icing in the center to mimic the ribbon on the hat.
5. Stick a mini marshmallow on top with blue icing to finish the hat.
6. Optional: dip the bottom in melted white chocolate and place on a cookie base.
7. Let icing set and refrigerate until serving.
