1. Wash and pat dry zucchini and slice into even 1/8 inch rounds
2. Place slices on paper towels, sprinkle with salt, rest 10 minutes then blot excess moisture
3. Toss zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, pepper, and a pinch of salt until lightly coated
4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the seasoned slices
5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and line basket with parchment paper or spray with oil
6. Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer without overlapping to allow air circulation
7. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy
8. Transfer chips to a wire rack to cool completely and firm up before serving
