1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 2–3 minutes.
2. Pat dry the parsnip sticks with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
3. In a large bowl, toss parsnip sticks with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
4. Arrange the parsnip sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
5. Cook for 14–16 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crisping.
6. If desired, increase temperature to 400°F and cook 2 additional minutes for extra crispiness.
7. Remove fries and sprinkle with additional salt or seasonings while hot.
8. Serve immediately with your favorite compliant dip or sauce.
