These bite-sized puff pastry bites feature creamy Brie and tangy cranberry sauce. Perfect for holiday gatherings, they bake to golden perfection and are easy to prepare in minutes.

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Thaw puff pastry sheets according to package instructions and cut into 2-inch squares.
3. Place a small piece of Brie in the center of each pastry square.
4. Top each Brie piece with about 1/2 teaspoon cranberry sauce without overfilling.
5. Optionally fold corners together or leave open-faced, then place on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Beat egg with water to make egg wash and brush lightly over each pastry.
7. Bake for 15–18 minutes until pastry is puffed and golden and Brie is melted.
8. Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh rosemary and chopped pecans before serving.
