Ingredients
Instructions
1. Slice chicken breasts into thin strips.
2. In a bowl combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add chicken strips and marinate for 15 minutes.
4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through and charred.
5. Let chicken rest for a few minutes.
6. In a bowl whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, parmesan, and fresh herbs to make the sauce.
7. Lay a tortilla on a work surface and spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce.
8. Top with chicken strips and shredded cheese.
9. Fold sides of tortilla and roll into a wrap.
10. Heat skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
11. Place wraps seam-side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
12. Remove and let rest for 1 minute then slice diagonally.
13. Serve with extra garlic sauce for dipping.
