1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.
2. Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through, then rest and slice.
4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté 30–45 seconds until fragrant.
5. Pour in chicken broth, scrape skillet bits, then stir in heavy cream and simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
6. Whisk in Parmesan until smooth, season with salt and pepper, thin sauce with pasta water if needed.
7. Add sliced chicken and pasta to skillet, toss to coat and heat through for 1–2 minutes.
8. Stir in parsley and lemon juice, adjust seasoning and serve immediately.
