  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

    2. Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover loosely with foil.

    3. In a bowl, whisk together honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves.

    4. Bake the ham covered for most of the cooking time, about 1 hour 30 minutes.

    5. During the final 30 minutes, remove foil and brush the glaze over the ham every 10 minutes until glossy and caramelized.

    6. Remove from oven, let rest for 10 minutes, then slice thinly.
