1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add garlic and sauté 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
4. Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly reduced.
5. Return chicken and pasta to the skillet. Toss with Parmesan and reserved pasta water until sauce is creamy.
6. Season to taste, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
