2. Slice the connected rolls horizontally, keeping the top and bottom intact, and place the bottom half in the prepared dish.
3. Layer ham slices evenly over the bottom rolls, then top with cheese slices and replace the top half of the rolls.
4. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, onion powder, and brown sugar.
5. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls, allowing some to drip down the sides.
